The Art of Receiving: A Somatic 1-Day Receivership Experience is a one day somatic experience for women who are used to being the one who holds everything together.

The one people go to.
The one who figures it out.
The one who supports everyone else.

And even when support is available…
something in you stays slightly guarded.
In control.
Not fully able to let go.

Not because you don’t want it
but because your body doesn’t quite trust it yet.

This experience isn’t about learning more.
It’s about having a different experience in your body.

Through guided somatic work, nervous system awareness, gentle connection, and intentional touch, you’ll begin to notice where you resist support and what it feels like to soften that, safely.

A Somatic Journey Into Embodied Aliveness

RECLAIM goes beyond superficial self-love practices and instead takes you deep into the wisdom of your body, your living temple.

This experience is an invitation to get out of your head and back into the source of your power - your body. Through somatic practices, embodied movement, self-bodywork, and cacao, you will journey into the body as a site of safety, pleasure, power, and presence. In community, you will begin to reclaim your connection to your body - a place of deep intelligence, sensation and inner knowing.

We will awaken sensation, listen to the body’s language, and remember what it feels like to be grounded in ourselves - fully, warmly, and without apology.

Guided by Mia Becker, nervous system guide and somatic practitioner, you’ll be led into states of deep regulation, embodied bliss, and subtle activation, reconnecting you with your natural state of embodied aliveness.

In this workshop, you will experience:

  • Ceremonial cacao to deepen your connection to your body and expand awareness of sensation

  • Self-bodywork practices to awaken sensation, presence, and intimacy with the body

  • Embodied movement to activate life force, open the body, and stoke the fire within

  • Somatic practices to cultivate embodied presence, inner safety, and grounded power

  • Community connection to lift you up and provide support on your path

Blooming Into Being is a springtime somatic afternoon retreat designed to help you gently shed what no longer fits, nourish your inner soil, and awaken the aliveness that’s ready to rise through you.

This is not about forcing growth.
It’s about creating the conditions where growth becomes inevitable.

Through embodied practices, sensory ritual, and heart-centered connection, we will tend to the fertile ground within — preparing the body, nervous system, and spirit to plant seeds that will blossom in the months ahead.
