About Mia Becker, M.S.
I’m a somatic and nervous system specialist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I support individuals and organizations in shifting out of chronic stress and burnout — and into regulation, presence, and sustainable performance.
My work bridges neuroscience, somatic practice, and real-world application, creating grounded and human-centered wellness solutions for modern workplaces.
