Embodied Reawakening is for people who feel disconnected from their inner fire and want to come back into sensation, presence, and FULL ALIVENESS — without being pushed, pathologized, or bypassed.

This work is body-led, relational, and integrative, drawing from:

  • Somatic and nervous system–based practices

  • Trauma-informed, Polyvagal-informed and depression-informed frameworks

  • Movement, breath, and embodied awareness

  • Solution-focused integration

  • Kinesthetic cognitive restructuring methodology

  • Energetic and intuitive attunement

Sessions are slow, spacious, and responsive — honoring your system’s timing rather than forcing change.

This work may not be a fit if you’re looking for:

  • Quick fixes or productivity hacks

  • High-pressure coaching or “push through it” approaches

  • Purely cognitive or solution-focused work

What to expect in a session.

Every experience is different for every person. We’ll meet virtually (on Zoom), check in and briefly chat about what’s been coming up for you and what the focus of the session will be. We then will move into further discussion, strategizing, processing, and reflection. This may involve Somatic Stress Release, movement, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and/or self-bodywork, depending on what comes up for you and your level of mobility. I put a heavy focus on somatic practices and nervous system regulation. These sessions are tailored to YOU and your unique strengths, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
