The Art of Receiving: A Somatic 1-Day Receivership Experience is a one day somatic experience for women who are used to being the one who holds everything together.
The one people go to.
The one who figures it out.
The one who supports everyone else.
And even when support is available…
something in you stays slightly guarded.
In control.
Not fully able to let go.
Not because you don’t want it
but because your body doesn’t quite trust it yet.
This experience isn’t about learning more.
