Gentle Somatic Reset for Stress Relief + Nervous System Support
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to disconnect and carry unprocessed stress in the body. Over time, this can show up as chronic tension, pain, anxiety, fatigue, poor posture, digestive issues, or low mood.
Somatic healing offers a way back home to yourself. Through body-based practices, you’ll learn to untangle layers of stored stress and emotion, reconnect with your nervous system, and create space for more ease and resilience.
This workshop is an opportunity to:
Release physical and emotional tension through deep awareness, grounding breathwork, authentic movement, and healing self-bodywork

About Somatics
The word somatic means “of or relating to the body.” Somatic healing is a holistic, body-centered approach that explores the mind-body connection to support lasting transformation.
This workshop is rooted in Somatic Stress Release™ , a system developed by Dr. Scott Lyons that integrates movement therapy, fascial release, bodywork, breathwork, authentic movement, and somatic experiencing. The wide range of practices makes it accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
