About Somatics
The word somatic means “of or relating to the body.” Somatic healing is a holistic, body-centered approach that explores the mind-body connection to support lasting transformation.
This workshop is rooted in Somatic Stress Release™ , a system developed by Dr. Scott Lyons that integrates movement therapy, fascial release, bodywork, breathwork, authentic movement, and somatic experiencing. The wide range of practices makes it accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
