About Somatic Activation
Somatic Activation is a body-based practice designed to help you gently awaken your energy, reconnect with sensation, and move out of patterns of numbness, freeze, shutdown, or anxious overdrive.
Instead of trying to force yourself into regulation, this practice invites your body into relationship.
What to expect
This is a guided video practice you can do from home.
You don’t need any experience with somatic work, meditation, breathwork, or movement and you don’t need to be flexible, “good” at feeling your body, or know exactly what you’re doing.
All you need is a quiet space, a few minutes of privacy, and a willingness to listen inward.
You’ll be guided step by step through a gentle activation practice that includes body awareness, intuitive movement, attuned touch, sound, sensation, and grounding.
You can pause, slow down, modify, or stop at any time.

Hi, I’m Mia.
I’m a somatic practitioner, nervous system specialist, embodiment facilitator, and space holder for creative, vision-driven humans who are ready to move from shutdown, self-doubt, and disconnection into aliveness, confidence, and embodied purpose.
My work blends somatic processing, nervous system resilience, conscious movement, breath, touch, and ritual to help you reconnect with the intelligence of your body as a path back to yourself.
I created this free Somatic Activation practice because I know how easy it is to live disconnected from your body and call it normal.
And I also know how powerful it is when your body starts to feel like a safe, alive, trustworthy place to come home to.
