Free Guided Grounding Connection Practice
A guided practice to help you feel more present, grounded, and connected with your love.
Connection doesn’t always require a deep conversation or a perfectly planned date night.
Sometimes, it begins by slowing down, coming into the body, and creating space to truly be with one another.
Inside this free practice, you’ll be guided to:
Settle into the present moment together
Feel more grounded and at ease in your bodies
Practice co-regulation and shared presence
Slow down and tune into one another
Create a deeper sense of closeness and connection
Offer each other intentional, grounding touch
You can practice with a romantic partner, friend, family member, or anyone you would like to feel more connected with.
No previous experience with somatic practices is needed.
Simply find a comfortable space together, press play, and allow yourselves to slow down.
