Tending the Embers Within is a somatic afternoon retreat designed to help you come home to your body and rekindle your inner glow through embodied practices and rituals, warming nourishment, and heartfelt community.

Together, we’ll weave a cozy and restorative experience through:

• Somatic practices and embodied movement to awaken warmth and presence

• Guided breathwork and energy practices to circulate vitality through the body

• Warming foods and herbal elixirs to nourish the senses and the soma
