Fall invites us to begin turning inward.
After the fullness and movement of summer, this season offers a natural opportunity to slow down, gather what we have experienced, and create space for it all to settle.
Softening Into Rest is a gentle afternoon somatic retreat designed to help you step out of the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, reflection, nervous system support, and intentional rest.
Throughout the afternoon, you will be guided through somatic practices that support you in releasing accumulated tension, noticing what you are ready to carry forward, and letting go of what no longer needs your energy.
There will be space to:
slow down and reconnect with your body
reflect on the growth and experiences of the past season
integrate what has been unfolding in your life
explore gentle movement and restorative somatic practices
receive support without needing to perform or hold everything together
settle into a closing sound healing experience
You do not need to be experienced with somatic work, meditation, or movement to participate. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and choose what feels supportive for you.
This retreat includes:
Guided somatic practices to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and support deeper grounding
Embodiment and energy-clearing practices to help you reconnect with your body
Heart-centered community that leaves you feeling uplifted, seen, and genuinely connected
Seasonally inspired snacks and beverages that nourish your body and soul
Sound healing meditation
Come as you are and give yourself an afternoon to soften, exhale, and return home to yourself.
