As you do this practice, you might notice your body respond in different ways, with sighs, a desire for movement, deeper breaths, increased clarity, and changes in mood.
This is all information that your body is sending you about where it’s at, what it needs, and how you can best support it.
We know that grounding and touch can build arousal…we encourage you and your partner to complete this practice with the intention of grounding and connecting through presence and healing, affectionate, and erotic touch only (save sexual touch for another time) for maximum impact.
